ProServ Divisions
ProServ operates via 3 separate divisions:

Advanced Recording Systems Division – this division manages the outsourced installation, helpdesk and field support engineering resource for advanced recording system solutions, helping customers to effectively monitor and store all communications into and out of their corporate environments.

IT Division – Pro-Serv delivers passive and active telecommunications and network infrastructure projects, including climate-controlled server farms and computer rooms.

Turnkey Division – ProServ’s Turnkey division provides dry construction (interior office planning and decoration) as well as installation of all passive and active electrical and climate control systems, often complementing projects managed by other Yana Group companies, to almost 30 major cities across EMEA.
